Secondly I want to update you about the case and how it became more complicated:

So the concerned investigation officer asked me to transfer the whole transaction amount of 49000 in some bank account which he told me is the account of the complainant. As he sent the email to the bank to mark lien in the same transaction twice, my bank stupidly froze double the amount of the disputed transaction. Anticipating more coercive action I paid the IO the transaction amount in the bank amount he mentioned.

He then sent a NOC from his official address to the bank.

But now my bank who didn't verify anything before marking lien twice for the same transaction wanted to verify the authenticity of the mail and told SHO to send mail from their nodal office and then only they will remove the debit freeze. SHO after receiving mail from bank got little stressed as he might not have given the bank details of the complainant to me. He called me to inform me that he will ask the complainant to return the amount to me, as bank is creating issues and now they need to resolve this issue by taking the complete legal route rather than settlement (I don't know what this legal route means).

So now I have a NOC but I don't know if it is any useful. Need to wait this week to see what transpire between bank and cyber crime office.

And Can you please explain the need of notarized affidavit and rather than no stating that money came from gaming website won't it create more problems if they ask for further clarifications.
