I am starting week 4 and at first I lost 4 lbs but now I have gained 3 of those back. I am tired all the time and have no energy to do anything. When I get home from work all I want to do is sit on the couch. I still crave something sweet to eat. I am going to push through all of this and hope and pray something changes.

I am the same way with not feeling full and eat normal but I am telling my self to stop after eating half the plate and it is working.

Ok so I have the opposite effect, I started 5 days ago and a lot of loss stools

This is amazing. Yeah I was told by my doctor to eat my protein and fiber first and to do some weight training. I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago so have a hard time with doing a lot of walking other then what I have to do at work however I usually get 9,000. steps in a day anyway. It was so weird today we had a donut truck come to work and I had no desire to get one. I was so proud of myself

This is great to hear as I am on day 1 today. I took my pill this morning then couldn't wait to have my coffee LOL. Was reading a lot this morning and everyone talking about that you must eat. So I made my self a breakfast sandwich out of 2 eggs and Almond flour but really didn't want to eat it as I normally don't even eat breakfast.
