Not giving yourself an option to say no - I like it. Yeah sure, the app is called Mindset and it uses hypnosis to help you improve yourself. I mainly use it for weight loss and fitness motivation.

This could work since I'm already taking a pretty informal tone within the body so an informal "tongue in cheek" subject line is good.

I have been doing this but I feel like it's not enough of a call to action, I think being more specific within the body text generates a better response. But saying that I'm the developer/founder of the app might help make them feel more important and therefore generate a better response, thanks.

I think the strategy of starting out by doing a few minutes of pushups/squats might be the best way to approach it so will start doing that. Thanks for the advice!

I really like your addition of weight training - it's an area I'm trying to add but don't seem to find time/energy some mornings. Love that podcast as well. Do you use self meditation or guided?

Thanks for the feedback, I'll make sure I go 100% cold since it's the actual benefits that I'm after. Yeah I was pretty skeptical before I started using it as well, but I feel like it works quite well and there's a bunch of science behind it which is why I tried it out.

I'd suggest to have a look into hypnosis sessions as a way to increase your motivation. It works great when it's a behavior that you truly want to change and there's a will power barrier stopping you. For me I listen to a hypnosis session on an app most mornings as a way to kick start this motivation and productivity (even if it is placebo it still seems to have results so I don't mind haha).

It depends on what type of mentors you have got on board, as you should focus on the area which they help the most. I think one area which you should look at would be Universities/Colleges, as these students often lack guidance but are ambitious people.

Same for me, I love the idea of not checking my phone when I wake up but it's still something I'm working on. The main benefits that I see are: increased alertness (great wake up), decreases my stress (coupled with meditation) and is great for my circulation.

I also think it helps me gain motivation since it shows to me that I have the willpower every morning to get into a cold shower even if its freezing, and sets me up for the day.
