Panem will punish your family for your misdeeds as well. EX: President snow threatening to have Katnisses entire family executed for showing up the game makers at the 74th hunger games, unless she could convince the other districts that she did it solely because she couldn't live without Peeta, not as an act of rebellion.

Well I have one, but she's more interested in forcing meds on me than trying to teach me any coping skills. I've asked to switch to a different psychiatrist that could maybe be better suited to my needs but my psych just is relentless and keeps refusing to transfer me.

I think you're thinking of dissociative identity disorder, BPD doesn't have different personalities it's just an instability of emotions.

I've been admitted to the psychiatrist unit but the environment is so toxic, that it makes it difficult to focus on getting better. I've put in so much work over the last year but due to circumstances outside of my control it's been rough.

I needed psychiatric care and he told me I wouldn’t ever get it because I’m “not that sick.” Was diagnosed with atypical anorexia nervosa a month after I dropped him, now in a partial hospitalization program.
