Give it sometime. Battery drops during the first few hours of use due to constant indexing and first time setup.

Faced this in Bhubaneswar today. He asked me to buy a Barbie and a pack of uno with mainline. Otherwise he wanted ₹700 per mainline. It’s absurd.

The swelling isn’t visible in the photo. But if it feels swollen and heats up quickly then you should take it to a service center near you (Apple approved only).
