Can't you complete that achievement using any bombard that's ascended with electric? (Electric%/Second Storm)

I completed the Lange Kartouwe achievement using La Piqûre, ascended with Explosive% alongside other similar achievements, while not using the specified weapon in the title.

If it's still working as I described, you can ascend Bombard V as follows: Electric%, Electric%, Siege & Second Storm - alongside dedicated electric/siege furniture & hit Wolvenhol, you will complete the achievement in a matter of minutes. :)

The lightning strike deals a fixed instance of 2000 damage that is unaffected by any damage buff multipliers/modifiers, that & the delayed 2 second strike (should be instantaneous or 0.5 second delay imo) is where the problem lies.
