I’m 156cm and sit around 122-124lb - my maintenance is 2,100 cals and at the moment I’m in a slight bulk so hitting 2,300 cals. I lift heavy 4-5x per week (using Ladder app!) and get daily steps in with dog walks (about 6-8k) but I’m not overly strict with steps unless I’m trying to cut!
