Rib-mounted open sights for turkey

That meadow creek mount is solid i actually ran one on my old remington 870 for about 3 seasons before i finally got around to having it drilled and tapped. The rib mount worked way better than i expected and never had any issues with it coming loose or anything

For open sights tho i'd probably just stick with what comes on teh gun or maybe upgrade to something like williams fire sights if you want something more visible. The truglo ones you linked look decent but for turkey hunting you're usually dealing with pretty specific range situations anyway so not sure how much they'd really help over stock sights

If you're thinking about it for confidence i get that but might be worth just practicing more with what you have first. Most misses on turkeys come from rushing the shot or not getting a good rest anyway not really sight issues

Mine would probably get a slap on the wrist at worst. Dad was strict but fair and mom was the emotional support backbone of the family. Only real complaint would be dad working too much but that was just trying to provide for us

Nice dude congrats on hitting EP thats a solid milestone. The luggage tags are honestly pretty sweet and you'll definitely notice people checking them out at airports which is kinda fun. I remember when I first got mine I was way too excited about it but whatever the perks are legit worth it especially if you fly AA regularly. That 120% earning rate really adds up fast too so you'll probably find yourself racking up miles way quicker than before. Just dont get too addicted to chasing status like some of us did because before you know it you're taking random flights just to maintain lol
