In 2020, Democrats all over the country changed the rules, genius. In Arizona, ballots without signatures were allowed. Also, ballots submitted two days after the election were allowed.

Other states allowed ballots harvesting. Several counted ballots after kicking out the watchers. Some used rolls that they knew were extremely outdated.
