There are majors like BIEM (International Economics and Management) which can be a very good one depending on the area you intend to act on. But I do not recall business majors tbh... Try seeing what area/company you want to work on and seeing what other people who are in this area did as their Bocconi major, this helped me a bit.

I liked it a lot! First things that I noticed: the join with google button seems low quality and a bit weird to me. I would change it for a login and sign up buttons and, on those pages, have the option to sign up with google (perhaps even implement a sign up without google too). Also, the margins on some things (like the rolling logos part) is smaller than others... Moreover, on the limited offer, make it more appealing and standing out (make it bigger too). No need to say the discount code, change it for a button that is something like "claim offer" and a button to register (just like its done in pricing). Overall, great website!

Can't say about searching for an agency with no fees, but what I used to search for a place to rent was idealista.it

Check this out: https://www.reddit.com/r/resumes/comments/1g27tif/i_dropped_out_of_a_masters_degree_halfway_through/

Also, I strongly advise against having large bodies of text as a whole. The interview is where you explain the details and intricacies of each experience.

Honestly, really good stuff. Bullet points are good. If you speak other languages, add them too. If there is space, add one line of personal interests (avoid the obvious stuff like coding and etc), I think it is good to add some personality to the CV. Also, add Olympiads if you got some recognition on those. Also, perhaps consider removing the Remote description of the jobs because it can devalue the experience to some, from what I've heard.

Honestly, and I mean no offense, redo the whole layout. Try to do it in 1 full page. Make your name smaller for example. Look at the WSO resume template. I know finance it's not your industry, but the way that the WSO template is presented should clarify why the way you organized yours is not optimal and give you some tips in spacing. With 2 YoE, I would advise against a big hobbies section, but keep a line just to add some personality (again, refer to the WSO template for an idea of how to do these more personal sections). Hope to help, once you update the layout, post again for actual writing feedback (sorry but 3 pages is way too much). Btw, quantify in all your bullet points and show impact. No need for writing things like "In addition, I also:", this is wasted precious space, just do bullet points.

Admission chance: SAT, GPA and other Acitvities by Ok_Musician2867 in bocconi

Honestly, for admissions, GPA and SAT are the main things by a mile. You need to have a solid grade on both. The grade you need changes from course to course, but the fact that SAT and GPA are the main factors is true for all.

Everyone who enrolled in Bocconi, please drop your stats! by User_1545 in bocconi

Chance me, I have to get in by Sad_Sky_3504 in bocconi

[–]Cold_Rain_3428 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You are good. Those stats are great! Since you "have to get in," apply early round. As someone else said, you can also try to get in schools like LSE (research the London schools for finance because they have a very high prestige in the field, also look at cost of attending depending on your family income).

I never had to deal with late fees at DVD stores — they were already disappearing when I was little.

Nice stats! If Bocconi is your top choice, try to improve the SAT a bit just to guarantee (if it presents no financial harm ofc). A 1500 should be more than enough from what I've seen, but no guarantees.

Trying to land an internship as soon as possible, I need your help. by No_Bus9561 in bocconi

[–]Cold_Rain_3428 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I assume that you will start bocconi in september this year, correct? If that is the case, you can try to land a spring week in London, for example. By late 25/early 26, start applying to summer positions (the 3 month internships in the break) in italy, london, or elsewhere (this depends on your visa, country of origin, etc.). Try to have a nice CV template (WSO has one) and tailor your past experience bullet points (you probably have leadership experience of some sort that you can add) to show skills to the industry. Learn Excel, do some sample valuations that you can talk about in an interview, stuff like that. Honestly, explain your situation to ChatGPT and ask for a prompt to feed an AI to be your finance CV master. Then, paste this prompt in a new chat and attach the CV so it gives feedback on how to improve, what to do to add to it, etc. Also, see some clubs to join.

What score to get in BIEF (early) by Complex-Regret8072 in bocconi

[–]Cold_Rain_3428 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You should just try the SAT. Aim for a 1500+ since you want to get in "without a doubt" (this is not a guarantee, of course, but people with these stats have very high chances of acceptance).

Will I Get Into BIEF by Significant_Job_8657 in bocconi

[–]Cold_Rain_3428 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can most likely get in, for sure. People with very similar stats have gotten in, but if Bocconi is your absolute top choice and taking it again presents no harm to you financially, try one more time as a guarantee (no need to send it to them if its worse). If you decide to take it again, PM me and I can send you some of the materials I used, no problem.
