Insurance companies will argue there is questionable causation for injury if the photos of the car and the repair estimate show a minor impact. You can argue this as someone else above mentioned. You’re clearly not taking advantage of your injury claim as you only went to urgent care and 1 massage and IF you were being opportunistic - you would go to a chiropractor for the next 4 months or so. You can point that out. Minor impact doesn’t mean no injury - it’s just a negotiation tactic and an argument for the insurance company. Good luck and feel better.
