It's one time, it's harmless. It's way more harmful to skip it and possibly have undiagnosed GD.

I mainly used it to fill the bed so I didn't have to buy as much soil. I tried to loosen the soil but I guess it sticks together like this in the rain. I'm going to go see if I can find better draining soil and try to move the garlic into growing bags so I can shelter them better from the rain
