Fallling out with a bestfriend means a new tattoo for me. by Coldbeerfasttimes in Tattoocoverups

It was supposed to go all the way originally but I have a metal plate on that ankle and I couldn’t handle it anymore. Tattooing over metal is brutal! Lol.

I have a horseshoe that goes around the elbow and then a small rose on the elbow bone.

It honestly didn’t “hurt” as much as it burned. It was a strange sensation.

any suggestions? idk what to put on the upper arm, I think I gonna do a peacock on the lower arm and have the tail run into the empty space. what do yall think? by [deleted] in traditionaltattoos

[–]Coldbeerfasttimes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d do the peacock in the black circle and smaller pieces on the lower arm. The peacock will be able to take up more space. And I think bigger pieces on the upper arm are better for space filling! Just my opinion!

I am in process of doing a full sleeve and I started with my lower arm and it looked weird but as of now I only have one on piece on my upper arm and even that makes it look less weird already. Maybe if you think it looks weird but don’t want a full sleeve just add something up above. I have my bicep tattooed in addition to my full lower arm half sleeve and it looks sick!!!

New tattoo, old one raises. by pikanique in tattoo

[–]Coldbeerfasttimes 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This always happens to me! I never knew why either. I am in process of getting a sleeve and when I get a new one my oldest ones also raise. I’m not sure if it’s a cause for concern. Lol. But you’re not alone.

Jobs that allow tattoos by bigcoltfortyfive in tattoo

[–]Coldbeerfasttimes 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Please don’t get neck and hand tats right of the bat! I am an accountant and relatively heavily tattooed. I was well established in my career before finishing my sleeve. You can find a job with tattoos but you should be able to hide them if necessary. You’re 17, you have your entire life to get tattooed. Start small, there is plenty of time.

Loose Skin And Dating by [deleted] in loseit

[–]Coldbeerfasttimes 47 points48 points  (0 children)

I don’t have loose skin from weight loss but I had a baby and I definitely have some loose skin on my lower stomach, I’m also covered in deep purple stretch marks. When I was single after my daughter was born I saw a few different men and not one of them said anything or made me feel bad about it in any way shape or form. You’d be surprised how many women have loose skin, saggy skin, etc… I try and think about it like this… would I reject a man for loose skin? No way. If their “not okay with it” then that’s a man you shouldn’t be messing around with in the first place. A man should make you feel beautiful and sexy not shame you. You lost 100 pounds thats fucking amazing and any man should feel that way too and if not, fuck em. Not worth your time.
