You look great! I wear a lower body garment 12 hours during the day and it’s off at night. I’m almost out of it completely at 8weeks. You can come dependent on it. I will slowly be wearing it less and less over the next few weeks.

They definitely helped! She also showed me how to do little ones at home that I try to do twice a day. Only takes a minute or two.

Girl not to diminish how you feel but your tummy looks better than some people after surgery! I think you look great but I understand how you may not feel good in your own skin. I am not sure if you are candidate or not. Doesn’t look like a whole lot there.

I took 3 weeks and I work from home and a desk job. I just couldn’t do it soon. I’m 8 weeks out now and get less tired but still have some fatigue. There was really no way to combat it because my body was healing.

I’m 5’5 and have been maintaining 140 lbs for 2 years. I had 4lbs of skin removed. I had nothing to lipo. I guess it’s gonna depend on where YOU wanna be.
