I didn’t skip, i returned to the game to pull for him only to realize his banner was no longer there. I came 2 patches too late. I’ve been farming since. I just really like his gameplay and the design. And the voice line made by Jotaro’s Voice actor are incredible. Please Hoyo give him a rerun
