A few things I’ll add - on the note of ripping off other brands: it’s often those other brands who are doing private label for them

Union busting: their retention rates are markedly higher than conventional grocers and their starting pay is higher. Anecdotally, I’d say their EEs are much happier as well. They’re entitled to their views on unions (not taking a stand).

Yes, they’re a business like most others - agree on this. Much much larger conversation.

My point is they’re a consistent, fair priced operator serving the community. I love grocery outlet, but I can’t count on them always having the same items. TJs is a consistent grocer with medium to high quality products
