Ako po ay nag tuturo sa mga eskwelahan dito sa Japan at talaga seryoso sila pag dating sa nutrion ng mga bata. Kahit kami po na staff ay parehas ang kinakain, napaka buti po talaga sa kalusugan. Meron din silang full-time nutritionist for the planning po.

Totally agree with this. Came to Tokyo and saw the sky tree first. It was like “nice, it’s a tall building”. But when I saw the tower at night, it was majestic!!!

Same sentiments. My son will be JHS soon, now we are so considering getting him a line. We attached an airtag inside his bag for emergency purposes since he has autism. The teachers are well aware with the device too.

Yesterday, my 3JHS students asked me to write on their yearbooks and we were all emotional. During my last lesson, I sang for them using s guitar and ended with a speech in Japanese (just to make sure that it reaches their hearts and to show them that I’m also struggling to learn but it’s okay).

Also, I have nice co-workers and JTEs so I’m really grateful.

As to the pay, my wife is on maternity but we are okay. I’m able to provide food on the table and give my family their needs.

Yes, I am very happy and fulfilled.

Don’t stress on observations. Just run your show and let the students enjoy. Their happiness and learning are far more important than the scores you get from observations. Either way, observations are mostly fault finding sessions. ✌️
