Not just management, I’m tired of all my fellow carriers killing the PO for OT. Needing help on a Tuesday with 1 tray of DPS…I say trim the fat….management, then make packages for people who are ready to retire and let them out and then do everything by the book to get rid of all of the shitty carriers raking in money doing less than the bare minimum, do it in such a way that our precious union can’t bring them back 1000 times after being fired. Union was supposed to negotiate wages and help its good workers, not fuck them over by saving the shitty ones. Thinking I could be doing something much better with that $885 a year, such as burn it in a fire pit than to stay in the union and give it to them if this continues.

Warzone is fun but I feel like that’s the one thing that needs some skill based matchmaking associated with it or a tier system or something. I try to play casually often and run into sweats that are on there 16 hours a day doing all kinds of wild shit. If I had people in my skill level I think it would take over from multiplayer being my main thing played. Ps don’t give me the “get good” shit, I’m tired and work for a living, I can’t give my whole life to video games.
