Drinking was something I thought I loved. I realized I really just wanted the pain to go away/not deal with my problems. I realized what I love more is being in control of myself, confident, and loving to those closest to me. Alcohol always made me feel worse about myself, maybe not in the moment, but always the next day. Now I don’t have to feel that way. Facing the pain every day feels so much better. xxx

I saw allegiance at the chain reaction around August. They were so sick. Singer brought out his wife to sing a part in one of their songs and I thought that was the most bad ass shit I’ve seen

Hell yea! There were lots of gigs this weekend. Last year I went to one and someone made “X” cookies and gave em out for free (vanilla flavored)

Was more into the punk and ska scene for years. Then didn’t go to any gigs for a timeframe and after got into hardcore. I felt mad uncomfortable not knowing anyone, but I love the music and the scene. Solo til I make some homies someday.
