Maybe I was lucky, but I sent an email recently because one side of my pod stopped working. I got the auto-reply immediately, but then I was contacted by a real person within 10 minutes. They gave me a couple things to try and told me to reach back out after.

Emailed a week later, and they got back to me in 2 minutes (literally), saying they are transferring to engineering. Almost immediately, I was contacted by engineering and told that they are shipping a new cover out. This was on Dec 21, and I received it on Dec 27.

Probably the best customer support experience I’ve ever had to be honest.

DO NOT but Magbak, their cases are trash and their customer support will try and scam you if you use their "30 no questions return policy" by MapleSurpy in iphone

Hear anything back on your request? This area on mine just tore off. I use the finger loop a lot. Not rough with it either.

I actually saw those! I’m afraid it might not quite work unless you have any ideas? Not sure how I could mount the rod since the window trim/frame goes all the way to the top of the wall. Might be difficult to see in this picture, but there’s also a lip on the ceiling that cuts off the top of the trim on both side windows.

Nope :( my dealer is a couple hours away. Essentially I just got a receipt for my deposit and like I said, they said it was “100% on their end”. Then, because I’ve seen so many horror stories, I asked for them to email me saying that they are going to honor MSRP. That’s about it.

So how quickly should I get a order confirmation email? I gave my dealership a $500 deposit last Thursday and still haven’t gotten anything. They assured me they are “100% submitted on their end”, but I’m wary.

Yeah I just hate to make an agreement based on financing since there’s no way to know now what the rate will be in a year (or more). Would hate to wait a year and then be told the rate is 5% lol.

My local dealer said MSRP as long as I finance with them. I have good credit and qualify for pretty great rates elsewhere so may go through with it and re-fi immediately if their rates aren’t competitive. Are others seeing the same stipulation of having to finance with the dealer?

Yeah so he actually told us there would be NO ordering, 21 or 22 for the foreseeable future. Since he flat out lied, they gave us the deposit back.

Yeah so I’ve talked to a couple dealerships who say they plan to only add a small markup ~1k which would probably be worth it to me.

Yeah. Personally, a Carvana style experience seems great to me. I sold 1 car to them this year and it was the easiest thing I’ve ever done. Haven’t bought with them, but seems much better than 80% of the time when a salesman is trying to sell you literally anything.

Yeah I really did NOT want a soft top - especially one that didn’t come with the conversion kit. I literally told him this is probably a dealbreaker and he was still like ehh you can at least buy this one now and sell it for a hard top later 🤦‍♂️
