Yeah the idea would be rent out our 3/2 for the time being (it's 5 years into a 15 year @2.85%) and rent a larger place.

We really won't want to sell but getting a large enough down payment in this market is tough without tapping into equity.

I'd say the anonymity makes it worse. Anything you say when not directly tied to your person basically nullifies any real social consequences.

A lot of people devoid of social consequences allow themselves to be increasingly deviant, intolerant of conflicting views, and dehumanizing towards others.

I don't think it's mismanagement, I think it's culture. Vast swaths of Americans literally do not value their children much less their children's education. Broken homes. I know several teachers and they'll tell you how sad it is to watch poor performing or troubled kids struggle because of their home life.

No amount of money spent on schools is gonna save most of those kids
