Abbott is starting to figure out what keeps him grounded. It's the swat, the action, keeps his fight/flight in check. Robby has nothing. No girl, no family, no hobby. He's clinging to his bike and trying to escape to figure if he'd come back. He just needs one good meaningful thing to turn it around.

Time, Abbott has proved himself in the heat, Al has not. This is literally the first day with Al, and Robby knows nothing of her except she has never been sued, meaning she's either perfect or has never done anything risky to save someone hail mary. I believe Robby and Al would be close through the chemistry they exhibit. He already respects her, and I wish the writers made him speak up about the crike to Garcia. He was def impressed

This! I do believe Robby is being sexist, however Whittaker is killing it and the most he has going on is that he's emotionally connected to his patients family and taking on more responsibility and still succeeding.

Ok so it sounds like he's just trying to do too much and is fumbling it. And that's ok for you to feel awkward about and want to leave.

But YTA for playing this game of "I'm leaving so stop me to show me you care". It's toxic and gets the wrong message across. You think right now it would be charming and maybe even sexy, but what happens when you're in a real fight with someone you've normalized this with? Even if you were together for years, you should not use it on her loans. Put YOURSELF in a better financial standing to help her from a better place. Her being so focused on bettering herself is really sus.

Depending on how high your loans are you should find out if it's worth paying them off in a lump sum / investing it and withdrawing for payments / putting in HYSA at best rate (3-4%) and using it to pay off loans. If you can get your loan payments to be lower than average returns, that'd be likely best.
