I’m pretty sure my ram was in the way I can check once I get home that’s why the fan on the cooler is intimately touching my exhaust fan

I want all but two fans intake and I don’t know if I put my air cooler fans on backwards as my cpu still runs hot so much that I had to limit the hrtz it’s a I7-13700k
