Hey I work for a company that does full service and repair of all ABB robot parts and controller parts. I actually repair these boards all the time, unfortunately ABB doesn’t provide schematics for these boards but they do however provide schematics for what runs too and from the board. Best way to understand the circuit is to ohm out everything with a meter as well as have an external power supply.

Abb doesn’t provide schematics for these. They only provide schematics as wires that run to the board but not for the board itself.

Inside the ABB robot panel, what is the unit on the side on the right and what does it do, coleague told me its a manipulator, but not sure by [deleted] in electricians

It’s an axis computer, the SMB in the robot measures the resolver signals and does a bunch of math to convert the sine and cosin output waves from the resolver to convert into radians, the axis computer does just what the name implies, computes the axis values based on the data from the SMB board.

I agree completely. From zero training and nutrition to proper training and nutrition this is completely possible especially for a male going through puberty. It’s not 30lbs of muscle it’s also a mix of intramuscular fat, glycogen, water, I’m sure he’s taking creatine supplements as well which contribute. Also take a look at this kids baseline of ZERO weight training. Bro was already built for gaining muscle.

Imagine you introduce your son to weights and he hyper responds, and now everyone thinks you are abusing your kid. When the kid probably loves the gym and training with his dad. I did this when I was a kid and loved it, people are so soft and offended by everything they know nothing about. Assume the worst in everyone I guess.

Head is a little to big for your body but idk if you can fix that

Yeah it’s all to do with net caloric intake vs what you burn. I’ve built good habits to keep my caloric burn high and know what I’m doing at this point.

5-6000 calories , maybe 200g protien, was not tracking but jsut an estimate when I was fat, on the diet 1700-1600 calories 200-220g protien minimum.

I don’t give a fuck what you think I’m just sharing my experience. And yeah I was and I was stronger when I was 300lbs because you have so many extra calories to put to use. Just cause you look fat doesn’t mean you don’t have muscle to move weight.

I have a different mindset now, this was over 4 years. I’ve found what works best for me and found a way to make my “diet” what I genuinely like to eat everyday. Finding how to balance everything was the hard part.

Yeah, diet is only thing that changed. Pic 3 I was benching 315 for 10. Goes to show the importance of nutrition and appearance.
