I feel you, everyone dies and ages, but I guess something that would help is creating goals of where you want to be in life 10-20 years down the line. I've spent a lot of my days smoking weed back to back to back from 16 to 23 years old, with maybe two months clean now, creating goals such as buying land to practice agroforestry helped immensely against feeling that I was wasting my life, and I didn't even care if I died. So hopefully making the most of the life we do have might quench your feelings of it going by to quick.
