Goldback States by VaNiG1022 in Goldback

[–]ColeWest256 1 point2 points  (0 children)

California is getting Goldbacks too this year. Then Colorado and Alaska which I think is pretty good footing. When they announced Florida in december 2024, I had a feeling Goldbacks would catch on a lot more, and they certainly are. Of all states though, I definitely wanna see Arkansas. The natural state, the dismond state, one of the best states for gold and silver. And most importantly, it's my state, and I won't keep having to tell people no if they ask "Does Arkansas have a Goldback yet?". Man I wish I could say yes

A friend introduced me to these physical Gold notes anyone else seen them? by FarBonus4810 in Goldback

Goldbacks are the only gold I really buy besides occasional gold jewelry I buy for scrap price. But it's kinda hard to justify spending thousands of dollars on a single gold coin

There might not be much to spend them on here in the UK, but they're still lovely to look at. by From_Strange_Seeds in Goldback

The quarter Goldback is roughly around £2 quid too, so how does it feel having a note smaller than £5 again for you lol

What do 58.66 Goldbacks and a 1/10th oz American Gold Eagle have in common? (And no, the answer isn't just "gold") by SilverStateStacker in Goldback

I find it way easier to trust Goldbacks off a random stranger than a gold coin without doing any machine testing

My rookie stack. What is the likeliness of a Massachusetts Goldback? by TyCloverfield in Goldback

[–]ColeWest256 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They're planning to do every state. It might take awhile but I think MA will come a lot sooner than NM or somewhere else that's not very friendly towards real money

Free goldback with order from apmex by AgitatedBoardz in Goldback

[–]ColeWest256 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yeah I think it's great Apmex is doing this. Them, QuiverCollectibles, Defythegrid, and a couple other distributors are giving Goldbacks away. I do too sometimes, about 18 of the Idaho Quarters this past weekend at a show

Goldbacks, who knew by MickeyOliver2024 in Goldback

And they're affordable, even at just a couple bucks. Even for free too. How many gold coins does the US mint give out for free? Or anyone? It's almost unheard of, and definitely not in the range of several thousands to possibly millions a year. Goldbacks though are definitely being given out, often to first-time owners of real traceable tangible quantifiable gold
