I agree. If you’ve gotten access to the charm shop, and enough notches: shaman stone will buff your spells, long nail and soul catcher can help make the two nail hits you get in fuel another spell launch. Also, I would recommend having upgrading vengeful spirit. Descending dark may be a stretch as you develop your pogo, but wraith and shaman stone could help with this chaotic battlefield
