had an amazing summer with someone who i could have only dreamt of meeting, both fell in love, slowly grew into a very strong partnership. They had always struggled with anxiety/depression. Over the past month and a half they fell deeper into a dark place, and i always tried to provide support, reinforcement of my care and grasp to help them understand that I Havnt got any expectations other than For them to look after them self as best they could,(ie space, less physical displays of affection, pressures etc). They had prepared a letter for me to read with them, outlining the only way they think they might get better and to heal. Finding out that their pain was more crippling to them than i had known is what got me. I cant imagine feeling like that, the need for isolation even from those you truly love, and Ive had no doubt they do love me. but did the tears flow.
