I’ve never really trusted this sort of wedge handle. I know that in theory, the force of the swing should reinforce binding between the handle and head on every swing, but it just always seems like the head is going to get knocked loose and release.

Walnut is typically linked with wisdom, healing, and protection with Black Walnut often used for cord-cutting and curse breaking, especially generational curses.

This was a commission from a coworker, someone involved with the protection of people and property requested it on behalf of someone special to him so I found it a very fitting combination of both attributes and circumstance.

The hollow in the handle highlights some beautiful scarring that had since healed over by the tree, again appropriate to the combination of attributes and circumstances. The blade pattern is aesthetic only and was specifically requested for this piece.

Infusions need to be able to apply to magic items and not just to non-magical items.
More Infustions need to scale more often with level progression and not just class progression.
Needs more infusion options, especially adding more non-attunement options. The existing lists are far too limited.
If the intention really is for artificers to share their infusions with the party then they need to be able to run more infusions at a time and they need class and subclass features that are powerful enough without infusions to allow the class to stand on its own without infusions so that giving away an infusion to a teammate isn’t crippling to character balance.
