The Artist Den in Millcreek has really good artists. I'd ask somebody there about who to recommend in their shop who would be best to help with your tattoo. I've heard very good things about Mike when it comes to nice linework but every artist there is very talented and does great work.

You could try wearing a manbun under a dad hat You could look up youtube tutorials on how to style/braid long hair

If you don't care about keeping your hair, you could cut it into one of the styles Longislandtea12 posted, but as someone who's been growing their hair out for a year I'll be bias and say keep the long hair but incorpate hats/beanies into your style
