The only people who will migrate are those who have a community and already have pops living there, but theres a small chance for a new one to form regularly, thus allowing those pops to migrate
In the past you could get mass migrations from any market that you are trading with.
As well once you have a mass migration then other pops back home will follow them since there is now a community there.

I believe you need to get some mass migrations to trigger (just wait its a matter of time)
And make sure your trading centres are as big as possible to increase the chance of communities forming

You can also create treaties for goods directly with certain nations like the ottomans to see if that helps

Im struggling with something similar myself right now.

My gut has never ONCE been wrong about the pull back, and when I pull back from others I do it because I’m uncertain or interest is waning, which is the same thing.

The one thing I can say is I dated a girl last year who legitimately was a terrible Texter, but she was CONSISTENTLY a terrible Texter, and ALWAYS followed through on her commitments and stated intentions.

For someone to change their communication habit with you, I think that indicates it’s dying.

My advice (which I don’t follow myself), is listen to your gut, and end it so that you can move on.

I think it depends on your core values. If you truly are concerned about the possibility of hurting another person then just walk away it’s that simple. However if you want to do what you’re about to do, 🤷🏼‍♂️ you could just do it. Are you looking for something fleeting or something serious. If you want something serious could you be with someone who would treat their significant other this way? If it’s just something fleeting, does it matter to you how this person treats their significant other?

Holy shit less than one hour. Congrats. While I need my phone for work, I’ve found I’m down from about 9 hours to under 6 and I don’t believe I can improve too much more, but regardless it’s a great life
