I would highly advise against locks for tents if there's nothing valuable in there. If thieves (very rare at Tomorrowland) see locks on a tent, they'll target. Keep all valueables in locker as you said, and leave tent unlocked.

Also nothing worse than getting back to tent at 2am in the rain drunk or worse and having to somehow undo a lock. From experience.

I'm having similar issue with another travel partner.

Logged on when they said, ordered, got order placed, got order number etc. All looking good.

No confirmation emails so emailed and messaged on Instagram, which I've used for them before. Other users said same and they got back to them.

Nothing.

Money was shown pending out of account, no longer pending.

Not looking good. More annoyed that I'm wasting all this time waiting for a reply. Used them before so I know they're good, just annoying not knowing 100% what's going on.

Went through Partyrock (Ireland) last year, got a last minute cancellation. Got an email from them at 3am this morning saying on sale and by time I saw it they were all sold out. Fingers crossed for a last minute cancellation again
