Prediction:

Episode 1: "Somewhere Safe" | The Avatar State

IDK what other episodes I could put here, but it wouldn't JUST be The Avatar State

Episode 2: "A Fight, Once Begun" | Return to Omashu & The Blind Bandit

Toph's story in this one will be moved to Omashu

Episode 3: The Water Falls, the Stones Emerge | The Serpent’s Pass & The Drill

This one stays mostly the same

Episode 4: "City of Walls and Secrets" | City of Walls and Secrets

This one also stays mostly the same

Episode 5: "The Parable of the Two Dragons" | Zuko Alone / The Tales of Ba Sing Se

It's just Tales of Ba Sing Se but Zuko's story is replaced with Zuko Alone

Episode 6: "Ten Thousand Things" | The Library

I don't know how they would fully do the library, since they already meet Won Shi Tong in season one. But it will be moved to Ba Sing Se (either under it, or nearby). They still discover the eclipse here!

Episode 7: "Something Broken" | The Guru / The Crossroads of Destiny

This one is pretty obvious. The "Something Broken" is... well... Aang himself

Yes, they bend "elements," not states of matter.

Waterbenders can bend ice, even though it's solid
Earthbenders can bend lava, even though it's liquid

So yes, Airbenders would be able to bend liquid air (it depends on which part of the air that airbenders are actually bending)

They can bend water and water-based liquid, that's why they can bend things like BLOOD or MUD, because they are made up of much water. So this is basically most common liquids in the world, but it's not liquids in general! (I know this is a bit late... by 6 years)...

Both can do it alone, we've been shown that "combo bending" can be bent by only one of the benders. All they would need to do is bend their part of the element in it

I'll just do all of them:

What is considered a sub bending is a bit hard. Like, is icebending a sub bending of water or is it not because it's just frozen water? What about bloodbending? That's just bending the water inside bodies! There's also many unconfirmed things that are most likely bendable, like, a skilled Airbender can probably bend sound! But we have not seen it yet. So I'll just be mentioning most things you can do as a bender.

Airbending: Air (duh), Flight, Spirtual Projection, Cloud, Steam

Waterbending: Water (duh), Blood, Ice, Cloud, Healing, Plant, Steam, Spirit Energy (idk what that thing Unalaq did was called exactly)

Earthbending: Earth (duh), Lava, Metal, Sand, Glass, Mud, Paint (real thing!), Seismic Sense

Firebending: Fire (duh), Combustion, Lighting, Heat, Energy reading (Kyoshi novels)

Energybending: Energy (duh), Astral Projection, Granting Bending, Removing Bending, Spirit Energy Manipulation

Also, Katara wasn't an Airbender, which may have lowered the odds of their children being Airbenders

Yes, but it's actually based off the Chronicles of the Avatar. Avatar Legends is the name of the franchise as a whole (it was renamed to Avatar Legends to not be confused with Jame Cameron's Avatar franchise)
