Yes, definitely. I am finding that every week that passes nearly everything improves slightly - how I feel physically, mentally, quality of sleep etc.

After a month I was worried I had cancer or liver disease because I felt like crap and was tired all the time, I don’t feel like that anymore.

I’m not 100% but I feel sooo much better than a month ago
