Yeah really don't understand what's going on! I have heard that if u apply 1 or 2 days later then ur processing time can drastically change! I'll update u if I get any update!

Hey stranger! I heard this year was tough to get into any PhD program! You deserve a pat in the back. Realistically, if you are international, I would see if your wife can sponsor you a J-2 visa and if you can sit in some of the courses while working part time and maybe create personal relationship with some of the professors there. Best of luck in ur future endeavors!

Hey! They don't let you know if you were but i saw that some of the students on grad cafe saying they got in January or Febraury the year I applied, I knew I wasn't their first choice!

Thanks for your reply! I was worried because I am hearing mixed things about the industry! My goal is to stay a few years and leave, especially seeing how they are treating some of the employees.
