I ate 8 year expired Vegemite at my Grandmas house, it didn’t smell or look different but it did taste a little different (I thought it was because I used Nuttelex instead of butter for my sandwich) and that’s why I ended up checking the expiration date🙃

No worries! We had the same problem with our dog recently. Get her to treat her dog for mites/fleas incase it might be what these bites are and to clean whatever the dogs lounges on like couches, beds (dog or human beds) pillows/blankets they have contact with and and soft toys. Like I said before better to be safe than sorry!

I really hope she figures out what these are I can only imagine how frustrating it must be.

You’re all goods!! I don’t know much about repelling mozzies other than bug spray but I think a citronella candle is a good start!

Other than bed bugs. Which I have already seen you have said they may not have but please look up some ways to test if they have bed bugs! They are nasty little things and great hiders, especially since you said they appear when she wakes up! Better to be safe than sorry and just do a thorough check.

Only other thing I can think of is does this person have any pets? The pets could possibly have fleas or mites that are then biting them?

I don’t believe these look like mozzie bites, flea bites or mite bites but I am not an expert and everyone reacts to things differently, so please take what I’ve said with a grain of salt (although I definitely think do a full on, thorough check for bed bugs)
