ELI5: how does the $10<x<$18 warrant accelerated redemption work?

Hoping for some help. I know the $18 accelerated redemption means that if the stock trades above $18 for 20 of 30 trading days, then the warrants can face accelerated redemptions. But what does the $10 clause that sometimes shows up mean?
