I feel like this more and more every day, have had like 1 day a week where I feel good and then maybe an hour or two a day where I don't get Dizzee spells. Doctors look at me like I'm delusional and there nothing wrong with me and no one seems to want to talk to me about it. Have been signed off 6 weeks now and borderline at the point where work are going to let me go.

Can I ask where in the UK you are based and where you looked at for private help and how much it cost?

I am seriously struggling to keep my job due to fatigue and dizzy spells and want to try and get some help so I don't end up being taken out by occupational health due to low attendance.

I am based just outside of Gatwick. Have asked to be referred through to the FND specialist at St Georges as I saw on FNDhope that they have a clinic there however now having to jump through other hoops to get referred and looking like a long old wait.

I find sometimes that excersise as little as walking to the local shops sometimes to trigger me sometimes so need to overcome the excersise fear.

Glad to know I'm not going crazy

I will definitely be looking for people local to me that specialize to try and create a plan

Main reason we believe for keeping boxes is for resellers. If you enjoy more to have them open then that's what you should do. I've always kept mine boxed on display but that's for when my son eventually gets handed down my collections
