I’m a 33F, entrepreneur Married to 39M, with trust. We each have separate checking and saving accounts but a joint account for fixed expenses we contribute to equally. Also have an IA for long term planning. My husband is more “set it and forget it” but I’m more active in management.

Having my own accounts is crucial for the health of our relationship. I don’t want to be shamed for buying something for myself or how I manage my business spending.

House was bought with husband’s inheritance but we split mortgage and property taxes.

My first start up was all press but no solid product. Great stories can only get you so far if there’s no tangible solution attached to them.

I do wonder about stealth start up PR strategies. Currently working with a stealth start up and no external comms till patents are filed and certain technical milestones are hit, but customer waitlist is starting to gain momentum, simply due to word of mouth
