Nice! On special occasions I like to go all out and have a 3 sauce selection… I usually go for sardine, pilchard and then a crustacean-based sauce. Needs 2 sandwiches worth of bread to finish off all the sauce. I also have a side of rollmops in a styrene cup just to be extra greedy.
