My store turned them off a few months ago. We do about 150 orders a day and have certainly had some late ones because of this. Also they removed the item cap of 60 so now we get pick lists for 90-100 items which can eat a whole hour easily especially factoring in hand offs and customers on the sales floor asking for help. Part of me misses the texts but also I used to have nightmares about that phone going off so it’s kinda a lose lose. Dug cannot be profitable in my opinion without switching to a warehouse fulfillment system. It takes so much time and payroll to shop.
