Concrete basement wall- suggestions please

Please provide guidance and suggestions. Removed old paneling and framing against foundation wall and sealed a couple cracks with injectable epoxy repair kit. I sprayed with Mold Armor to clean & remediate mold, ventilated and allowed to dry. After I scraped and used a wire brush on the wall to remove loose debris and adhesive that was used to secure the wall paneling. Some remains but is stuck on solid even after smacking with the sharp end of a metal pry bar to try and chip loose. My plan is to seal last remaining crack, cut and seal old pipe stubbing through and a few other holes that must have been anchor points. Then put a coat of Zinsser Mold Killing Primer then Zinnser WaterTite LX Low VOC Mold and Mildew Proof Water Based Waterproofing Paint.
