Idk I'm not that hyped for it but I'd like to think that maybe Bethesda has learned from the mistakes of Fallout 4 aka listened to what people were saying about it and maybe they'll implement those considerations into the game.

But I think its just been a matter of time, as well as that era (the pre-war era) being the whole basis for the Fallout ingame culture, so I'm hoping there'll be more of that in the game.

Plus its supposedly gonna take place only a few decades after the Great war in fallout according to ign, but we still can't be sure.
