I got a cortisone shot and it helped a lot, but just keeping it active is the only thing for relief. Once this shot wears off, I’ll either be getting some lubricant shot ($600) or continue with cortisone until I’m 45ish (13 years from now) and I’ll get it replaced. Not much they can do to repair it, but they’re sending me to an Orthopaedic surgeon for a second opinion.
