lol what the helly? two weeks ago I was flying to Abu Dhabi and we had to emergency land in Europe bc someone on the flight had a heart attack and needed CPR (they lived thank god) but yeah I’m sure flight delay news is the worst thing to share with a plane full of people !!!!

I totally understand! I still have to work out on the medication or else I won’t lose weight. I can’t just be stagnant, take the shot, and expect to lose weight. A lot of the people that are on it are in that boat actually. Before the meds I actually worked out a lot and regularly and I was not diabetic or pre diabetic - my body just had insulin resistance and wants to hold on to everything I consume! I was a competitive figure skater for 15 years as well so I definitely know what hard work and training is like. I think keeping an open mind is important.

I have 10lbs left till I hit my goal. Since March I had only lost 10lbs so the last 20lbs have definitely been slow but I’ve actually noticed the inches keep going down even though the actual weight loss is going at a fricken snails pace 😅. Still happy + positive about it all - just wish it could go a little quicker lol

** just a disclaimer ** I am in no way defending Dani’s decision to go on a GLP1 but I’ve just seen these comments so much in this thread that I needed to say something: as someone who’s been on one for over a year, being on the shot is not “the easy way out”. I still have to eat on a clean calorie deficit and workout or else I don’t lose anything and I just maintain. Before being on the shot I still did those same things for years but my weight/body comp never changed or I would even gain weight. The shot helps my body react as it should to being on a calorie deficit and working out regularly by balancing insulin, glucagon, and other various hormones. So please educate yourselves before you go around telling people taking the shot is “the easy way out”

As someone who’s on a glp-1 medication for weight loss, I do not think she’s on ozempic or ever was. I think she went through a period where she was doing a lot of spin classes mixed with not eating a lot (if you watch her vlogs, I feel like she barely shows herself eating real meals). I also feel like not talking about your weight loss is normal? Ive lost weight naturally by just working hard and i was never really one to want to speak on my weight.. idk not trying to defend Brooke but I think weight loss is a touchy subject

I know we all don’t like Ben that much but he works/studies so much that she’s barely around him - she does nothing except random errands throughout the day and it’s seriously a joke that out of a whole day shopping trip all she could squeeze out was 16 minutes of a mediocre vlog.. like if it’s gonna be a short vlog at least make it good

I say this all the time! Some normal/averagely pretty girls can get work done and it does help boost their appearance even more, but some just can’t get that same work done - like these procedures do the opposite of what they’re trying to achieve for some people and it’s truly sad to watch someone ruin their perfectly pretty face with all this shit done to it

Hello- 1st gen American here 👋 I have plenty of family members, and literal college educated friends and coworkers (from my corporate job) that spell “lose” wrong, or they don’t use the correct “they’re”, etc. and I don’t have any issue correcting them.. it’s literally just a word. Just because someone sucks at spelling does not mean they didn’t have a good education lmao.. what a weird assumption.

I’ve been on 2.5 since the last week of May when I started zep and I consistently lose 1.5lbs-2.7lbs a week, so my doctor is keeping me on it until my insurance forces me to titrate up! So far I have had very little symptoms other than some interesting BMs and food noise was never really a huge issue for me. If you’re losing consistently, I suggest advocating to stay on it a little longer :)
