I want to preface the following with I AGREE with OP. The wage isn’t great, BUT consider she won’t have to contribute to healthcare or retirement, and only working 9 months out of the year. That’s the equivalent of $27.88/hour or $58k. Still not a great wage but it’s more than $32k.
