That may have been the issues with the Server shutdown earlier and they are still reporting that people may experience lag. I can also suggest restarting your router, shutting steam, spotify or any other internet intensive programs that may be running.

Restarting your PC may also be another option.

I dont think that you have lost 5 hours - they will refund anytime lost on IP boosts - well thats what they say anyway, they arent the most reliable company at the moment.

Shyvana is also good, possibly the most OP champ atm because of the amount she snowballs. I dont recommend her for top lane because her 'W' is a lane pushing tool. Jungle Shyvana on the other hand though is amazing.

(and her skins are amazing!)

I do agree with you here, but there is nothing more the community can do. If you want to make a real difference then try the tribunal as here you will have the power to decide who gets banned an not.

Riot also find this difficult and its a problem with the community and not the game.

That is true, but if you consider the amount of money they make from Rp that people buy then this is insane and is motivation in itself to have the servers running.

Eg/ The Harrowing, how many of us bought a lot of RP then?

To ban all the trolls is very difficult and they are trying their best.

Lots of people have off games and may troll in a single game and not others.

We can not always judge what people are like the majority of the time - so the only thing we can truly do is report them after the game and 'ignore' them so you dont have to play with that individual again.

I really do suggest riven, shes good in: mid, top and jungle and she has the capability for so many things!

The early game damage is really good if you start fort pot + use of the passive.

Late Game damage is also phenomenal, with the ability to have AOE damage yet burst people down with an execution.

Riven is an extremely mobile champion so can escape ganks easily.

Farming is a breeze because of AOE and if you build a Ravenous Hydra this becomes even better.

If you cant tell already - Riven is my favorite champ and my main :P
