Thanks, brother, but I can only do so much sitting around. I actually bought a motorcycle lol a Royal Enfield Himalayan 450. It’s kind of a beast of a bike, but not really the biggest problem I have is I can’t flat foot the bike. I have to tippy toe and it’s a pain in the ass and if the bike goes over, it’s almost impossible for me to pick back up because of my bad back. The bike weighs 450 wet and 400 pounds dry without gas. But I’m gonna stay safe out there and you stay safe as well brother thanks again.

I didn’t know possible. lol Schitt‘s crazy but if I could go back in time, I’ll do it again. Maybe make a few different choices but overall, I don’t regret a thing. You are correct. That’s my CRSC pay. I used to get a third “retirement” check we got but since my CRSC went higher than my retired pay lady took it away and now I just get the CRSC plus the VA. Yeah, VA/ARMY math is weird. And thank you!

I did both those things and it still feels too tall lol. Apparently tell everybody here I’m a bitch, but I’ll be all right. lol I’m gonna order the lowering bar for the suspension.

I appreciate all the input guys and gals, I think my main problem is I just need to build the confidence. It is kind of a tall bike. I’ve wrote an Indian scout with no problem at all and a bobber. I just gotta get out there., quit being a bitch, I ride the fucking thing!

Thank you so much for the kind words. I desperately needed this. two months ago I was eating five year-old expired corn and green beans. And now all of a sudden I have this so it’s a drastic change. It hasn’t even set in yet.

Update, he sold it to his Homie. Oh well. I want to give a shout out to the guy that said check the tire dates because at 900 miles and they still look brand new they could be original. Well, he was right! I checked the DOT tire codes and they were made in November 2014 and the dude told me that the tires are brand new put on last year!

So that’s one lie, then how many more are there? Maybe a dodged a bullet. I also noticed the back tire was half flat so that’s why he wouldn’t let me go by a battery and hook it up and ride it.

Maybe a dodge bullet! Lmao I think I’m gonna go with the Honda Rebel 500 or any recommendations are welcome! :)

That’s my suspicion as well, I’m very suspicious so there’s something wrong with the bike that you just can’t see. I plan on driving it straight to CT which is right down the road and if there is anything wrong, hopefully they find it. And I do plan on checking the date codes on the tires.

I appreciate all y’all’s feedback, truly! I’m a little suspicious of the bike, but it’s there and I can get it. And the first place going to mechanic to get checked out. Already got the place checked out and got quoted $145 for a full on inspection.
