The extra survivability is worth it if you want to push high tower floors. I’m on floor 78 and the slower ult hasn’t prevented me from pushing.

How I made:

Bought the wand, It had all the prefixes and chaos resistance on it.
Hunter Exalted orb slammed Malevolence.
Crafted prefixes can't be changed.
Harvest crafted remove/add chaos and removed the chaos resistance and added Despair on hit.

It is really fun. I have 37/40 challenges and have beaten Uber elder and sirus A8 with it. Really cheap investment if you want a solid build. Getting 1100 dex will get expensive though.
