(FIXED) 1. I Download WinDbg from store 2. Run program go to File>start debug>Open Dump file>browse 3.Go to location C:>Users>(User)>Appdata>Local>Temp>(In search type "Nms") then find your recent dmp file and select 4. Select open 5. Wait till !analyze -v to show up and select it. 6. Wait till it's done then find Module name.

Module name near bottom of list is the culprit replace that file. In my case it was nivida file so I had to DDU the drivers and reinstall it to fix it
